RGG Associates are one of the leading national providers of information advice and guidance training. Our flagship courses are the Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information & Advice and the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development as well as the Level 6 Certificate Careers Leader qualification.
All qualifications are accredited by OCR and we work with organisations to design and develop bespoke training and coaching programmes to meet the requirements of their IAG staff. We also offer non-accredited training and coaching in leadership and management and information advice and guidance.
The Matrix award recognises the importance of these qualifications and IAG skills training to enhance the skills of staff who support young people and adults with career decision making
RGG Associates work with blue chip companies, schools, colleges, local authorities, National Careers Service prime contractors and training providers, and in fact anyone who provides professional careers guidance to their clients.
RGG Associates are the local provider for Yorkshire & Humber and North East areas of the Level 6 Accredited Careers Leader training funded by The Careers & Enterprise Company. Traditionally we have worked ‘face to face’ with our learners offering group training workshops and individual tutorials and coaching sessions. However, because of the restrictions imposed by COVID-19 we have now re-designed our courses to be delivered online through blended learning.
RGG Associates realise the importance of CPD to professional practitioners and regularly publish information about developments in the career guidance sector either through our Twitter or LinkedIn accounts or through half and full day online training sessions. We stay connected to our alumni via email so that we can continue to support them in staying up to date in their professional practice.
Thank you ever so much for all of your help, patience and support in helping me complete the course. You may have noticed it's not something I naturally settle in to, and there were many aspects which I found challenging, but through your calm method of delivery I was able to understand the requirements to achieve success. I can honestly say that I view how I deliver advice and guidance in a different way now, and believe my interviews have improved as result.

The independent learning with a named assessor worked well as we agreed the next meeting as we went along and agreed manageable deadlines.
